Entertains my whole family!
I purchased this for my 3 sons, i have 4 year old twins and a 10 year old. I wanted a toy that they could play together inside or out- it gets cold in Minnesota in the winter months. I love that it’s a up to 4 player toy so the twins can play without their older brother or my nephew can join in when he comes over. It’s fairly easy to put together ( I struggled putting the straps in the chest piece but my 16 year old daughter figured it out right away. You do need 24 AA batteries if you intend to set up for 4 players - they have to be purchased separately. The concept is pretty easy. There’s different guns you can choose from and each style has a certain amount of ammunition and how many lives they use with a shot. You select the gun type from a button on the side and once you run out of ammo there’s a button on the bottom of the gun handle ( probably not the correct term but I’m not a gun expert) that you press to reload. The chest lights up when you are shot- you have 3 lives before you’re out. All in all its a fun game for the whole family, easy to set up, and keeps my kids entertained!

4 stars! Great gift! Super fun!
The media could not be loaded. So opening the box… It has four guns and vests… They are four colors: orange, red, blue, and white. Also included is a little screwdriver to open the battery compartment and a little note saying thank you for your purchase. So out of the bag the gun and vests made of pretty good plastic durable material… The straps on it or a little bit thin… But the toy itself is pretty light so I don’t think it needs that strong of a strap… It’s kind of the material of the backpack straps but a lot thinnerYou need 3 aa batteries for both the gun and vestsThe gun is pretty light… It does not feel cheaply made…OK so turning on… The sound is really loud… Not bad loud it’s fun loud.So the instructions are briefly on thebox… but there’s also detailed written instructions on paper…My kids had fun playing it!Cons: (and my reasons for taking a star)-The weapons selection, it doesn’t indicate which weapon you select until you shoot, And even then it doesn’t really tell you you just kind of have to “listen” for the gun type.-To use all of the items .. you need 24 AA batteries.-when playing you have 3 lives until you die. I felt like the games didn’t last long enough, would be fun to maybe have 5 lives. Considering there’s an option for a rocket launcher gun that takes all three lives in one shot.-I wouldn’t call this a con.. maybe just categorize it under a suggestion.. there is no indication of who shot who. It would be fun to have a sort of point system.Pros-It’s pretty easy once you get the hang of it-vibrates when shooting… And when you get shot-you have different gun options. Each gun differs in the amount of lives it takes.-I like the “realistic “sounds of the shooting and when you need to reload etc-When you have run out of lives… Your vest will continuously vibrate… And then you will no longer be allowed to shoot.-you are able to pick your teams… There are four different colors… But You can separate them accordingly however you choose. For example if you want two people on the blue team and one person on the red team and one person on the white team you can do it that way or whatever combination to you can think of.-it comes with a small screwdriver for the battery compartment, I thought that was pretty cool.Price wise: it’s not cheaply made so I’ll give it that… It’s a fun idea… A fun concept… I like the fact that it has a different gun types. But for the price .. it’s a little on the pricier side . Considering you need 24 AA batteries… I’m not sure how long it lasts. But that still a heckuva Lotta batteries.I would probably purchase again considering my kids loved it.. and I even played a round.. would DEFINITELY purchase again if it had a recharging option!

Most Fun I have had in a Long Time
This was big hit on Thanksgiving. My wife and I hosted thanksgiving this year, so we decided to buy several items for entertainment. The laser tag guns was the biggest hit. Multiple kids and adults played and had fun running around and shooting each other with the laser tag guns. The set of four was perfect as only three individuals played at a time. My 9 year son, who enjoys playing Fortnite and other shoot em up games, really enjoyed the guns, and playing with his cousins. The guns have an on/off switch located in the back. The controls are easy to figure out. On the front side you have your weapon selection, and in the back you have your team selector. The trigger squeezes easily and the laser has a 100 feet range. Loading the weapon occurs when pressing the bottom of the gun in a upward motion. This allows for a good distance to snipe someone or to hide adequately. The unit detects a hit quickly and the vibration after losing helps identify the eliminated player. From start to finish it takes under 5 minutes to setup the vest, select teams, and chose the weapon you prefer. Overall, this was the best toy that I have played with all year, and the most fun our whole family has had.

Fun family game.
Easy to set up and fun to play. I was really hoping to try these out outside but mother nature has decided to rain all weekend. So we attempted to play inside.Installing the batteries in all the guns and vests was even easier with the small screwdriver that's included. Make sure to stoxk up batteries before hand, it takes 24 AA batteries for all 4 sets.Wait until the light on the vest matches the team color on the gun before you start. There are 4 colors so you can all be in individual teams or choose your partners. I loved the 4 different gun types, like the shotgun or rocket launcher. More power to shoot your opponent steps up the competition. I also like that you tap the bottom of the gun to reload. Quick and easy for kids to do. When someone loses the vest vibrates for 20 seconds while the lights flash. This definitely scared my kid but if you're busy running around it's a great way to alert someone that they can't shoot anyone anymore. My only complaint would be that the buttons aren't labeled, you have to memorize or keep running back to the instruction sheet to see what they all do. With time it'd be all by memory but for first starting off it can be a little tricky.
