Will this help dry white skin around nails?

It didn't for me. I reckon if you were to use it frequently throughout the day it might help but it is not very fast absorbing so not particularly practical. I've ended up leaving this in the downstairs toilet for the odd use and for guests to use and bought a dry skin hand cream to help with my dry hands.
