Sushi mad daughter
Bought this for my sushi mad daughter to go with her sushi making kit. Easy instructions, much cheaper than I store and fast delivery, I would recommend to anyone who wants to give sushi making a go. The rice is quite sticky once cooked but I think that’s the way it’s supposed to be. Tasted lovely according to my daughter.

From now on I'll be ordering these from Amazon! So much cheaper than in grocery stores, perfect packaging and as always easy to use with a perfect taste and quality.

Very good sushi rice. Both for sushi or just to have as a aide dish with meet and veggies.Easy to store being small packs.Second time I buy this brand.

This is on par with the koshikari (Nishiki) rice that I usually get, at a cheaper price
I usually only ever got big 15kg bags of Nishiki rice as premium Japanese rice is always nice to have and is our staple.However, I wanted something a bit cheaper to tide myself over between deliveries and joyfully found that this could outright replace my purchases for taste and value. I do not really see the difference between Nishiki and this brand
1. Put half a bag of rice (250 g) into a bowl and wash with cold water. Repeat 3 or 4 times and then drain rice in a sieve. 2. Add 330 ml of water and the washed rice to a saucepan. Bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes with the lid on. 3. Turn off the heat and leave to stand for 15 - 20 minutes. Do not open the lid!
