WOW. Where do I start? Okay, so, first, THIS CREAM WORKS SO WELL FOR SORE MUSCLES. I've been raving about it for weeks!! What makes it so awesome, is the heat actually really does penatrate VERY deeply. I have sciatic issues and other consistent aches and pains after being hit by a car walking home years ago, and this stuff is dozens of times more affective than Icy Hot or By other topical pain relief cream I've ever tried.The heat basically feels its actually coming from within the body and it stays pretty hot for a good long while. It's strength is basically the same as having a heating pad on you.As for the anti-cellulite, I'm sure it works fine but I'm just so happy to finally have a deep tissue relaxation cream that really works, I almost want to say, "who cares?" LOL

What I liked about the cream is the warming feeling, especially for my joints! I know in the few weeks I will see results that my body will "slim down."

I've uses it one day and at first It was hot and itchy but once I started walking the itchiness went away. I walked three miles and wore my band for about 3 hrs. and when I took it off i felt my skin tight and soft, it felt nice. Make sure you don't use a lot cause maybe that's why I got ao itchy but i didn't get a rash or any skin issues.

I apply this to my skin was on five minutes the most and the heat and burning sensation was unbearable so , so I wiped it off but the burning continued, so I got in the shower, as soon as the warm shower water hit my skin it made it worse I felt like I was on fire, my skin is bused and I lost skin

With good diet and consistency it definitely makes a difference. Of course if you’re on the heavier side you won’t notice a difference but perhaps overtime you will? On the smaller side it definitely helps lean you out on the love handle area and tightens up the skin after a good time of consistency if you have loose skin from fat loss or baby

This cream really works I was so surprised. I had to get used to the warmth at first but I'm used to it now. Just dont put on to much at once.
