makes excellent Yorkshires every time. with my own flour it is hit and miss but this one is perfect all the time. great product

I used to make the popovers from scratch until I bought a new oven and no matter what I did, they didn't rise correctly. This mix consistently gives you great popovers. My old recipe which added grated smoked guyere works great with this mix as well.
