recommend warming up in microwave in 15 sec bursts to mash into the holes of the feeder more easily

This stuff is magic!!! I have a 3 hole log hanging that the downy woodpeckers, mockingjays, red bellied woodpeckers and a variety of little birds love! I keep these in stock. The funniest thing is watching the giant crows trying to get some. They are so large that they fly at it but end up just bouncing off. Every once in a while they will be rewarded for their hard work with a small chunk. It is rare and I am happy for their success...bless 'em. I have been surprised that the squirrels don't even try for the log but I am not complaining. This is the only flavor I have tried but I am sure the others are just as good! AND I also like that the logs are bigger around that they stay in place in the log. I bought a different brand from our local bird store (emergency purchase - I forgot to order these) and they were way to small. I had to use twigs to lock them in place. As soon as the birds started pecking at them, they would be pushed out the other side. The Pine Tree ones stay perfectly in place even with the crows bouncing off!

Just reordered as the Woodpeckers loved this. Great value for the money. No melt.

Deceptive listing. BEWARE, NOT AS ADVERTISED. This is not a 3 pack.This is a great product, just a deceptive seller.Way to high price for 1 each, would be great price if there were 3 suet cakes as described...But it is not. Avoid this seller.

I didn’t realize log jam was a type of feeder, the package looks like a regular suet feeder package. I was trying to find suet without corn that would be better for the birds. Unfortunately this is not returnable and was pretty pricey, I thought I was getting 3 packages. Quite a learning experience. Will try and stuff it in my suet feeder

I have two logs for these and the birds are3 on them before I'm back in the house after filling. Have been using them now for about 2 years.
