Have had computer for two months. I needed to upgrade my old Windows 7 computer to Windows 10 before year-end and didn't want to pay for the license. Did not want to pay retail on a new desktop computer. This was a great value and a significant upgrade from my old computer. When I first got it, I opened the cover to view the components and fan(s) - appeared all new. Have loaded apps, security, transferred music, pictures, etc. Very pleased with its performance. So far, I'm very pleased with the computer and the company refurbishing it.

Computer worked well out of the box. Surprisingly fast for the price. But suddenly in the middle of a web search the hard drive crashed. Have a new drive arriving tomorrow and thankfully have a Windows 10 disc. I know what I'll be doing over the weekend.

This Computer is great for the price but sadly I did not get a WiFi&Bluetooth device, it was missing It’s sad cause it really is a great computer but if you buy it just be prepared for one of the items missing in the description.

The refurbished Dell computer I just hooked up today was not working. I received amazing help from Michael N. this afternoon and he was amazing. He walked us through some troubleshooting steps via FaceTime but, unfortunately, we could not get it to work. He has taken care of the ticket and will swap this one out with a new machine immediately.Not happy with the computer, but very happy with the help we received from Michael.

The positive issues- I received the computer quickly after I placed the order. It started up very quickly (updates took a while to load, but I expected that). I managed to get the computer set up the in the fashion I wanted in one morning (loaded Office, browser, photo editing apps, music apps and ~200GB of files from my previous computer without any problem). The computer starts quickly, and runs multiple apps and internet quickly without issues. I was drawn to purchase the computer because of features such as 16GB of RAM and multiple 3.0 USB inputs as well as being installed with Windows 10 pro; all of which at a very affordable $243. So I am quite happy with the machine.One important negative issue. The computer was advertised to come with an Intel Core i5-4570 processor. The computer arrived with an installed Intel Core i5-4590T processor. This could be a deal breaker because there is a significant difference in the processing speed between the two cores, where the advertised i5 is 3.2 up to 3.6GHz, but the installed i5 is 2.0 GHz up to 3.0GHz.This being said, I am satisfied with the computer's speed for my needs especially at the price I paid. The seller should be careful at insuring that their computers are sold with the advertised hardware.

For the price it is a great buy. Computer is only home, personal use and seems to be very quick. If it is as durable as my previous Renewed unit, it will be well worth the price.

This computer seems to be working well and so far have not had any issues. You do need to contact the seller to get a license number if you want it, I did not need one to set up the unit but want in case of any issues. I have not used for gaming or contacted tech support other than to get the license number and that was done quickly.
