This is a small, yet solid airport fire truck. Our kid was enamored with airport fire trucks ever since a visit to their station and this toy was a great reminder of his special trip. It is well constructed with doors that open and close. The lights are vibrant and the siren is just the right volume to make kids happy and not be obnoxious. It cruises along fast and for a good distance when rolled back and let go. This is an awesome toy for any kid (or adult) who likes fire trucks.

I got this airport fire truck toy for my nephew, and it’s been a hit! The red diecast model looks really cool, and it’s surprisingly detailed for a toy at this price point. The pullback friction feature makes it fun to play with — you just pull it back, let it go, and it zooms forward on its own.What I really liked is how solid it feels in hand. The diecast metal body gives it a sturdy, realistic feel, and it can handle a bit of rough play without falling apart. Side doors open and or slide! Ladder extends! 4 different sounds and pull back movement! More durable plastic than usual! Great size for our 2 yr olds hands! Two little people sitting in the cab! Way more detail and fun than I was expecting!

The truck looked good coming out of the box, but the 1st set of rear wheels don’t roll. There’re glued to the chassis? One of the sound functions button was stuck down in the alotted slot. Sending this back ASAP!!

I can find similar scale model toys for less than half the price at local stores, but none of them have fire trucks, nor do any of them also have lights/sirens.Description of item: boom lifts up and extends, two pairs of equipment doors open, the nozzle and mirrors are rubber (won't break off easily), and there are four light/siren buttons. The rear set of wheels is mechanically powered (pull back and release).They don't say this anywhere but this model is closely based on the Rosenbauer Panther 6x6.Shortcomings: the middle set of wheels is only decorative, only the forward lights and cab light up but not the rear lights, and I was hoping that the front wheels would turn but they don't.Issues: I bought two, and they came in a smashed box that was too small to fully contain the trucks. The mirrors were bent inwards and the windscreens were scratched, although that could have been from prior use. The batteries are not AAA as listed, instead are button cells, and one of the trucks the battery was dead. I feel like I didn't receive a brand new item, instead probably a used - good item.

I like the size/ design and the flashing lights.
