Well i was pumped to try this for the benefits and i have been taking it for 30 days and feel no difference ! they say feel better in 5 days , i dont feel any relief from it and i do have interest in the egg shell membrane being really helpful for joints so i am going to buy another bottle to see if it kicks in also it depends what your pain is from ,this may not be the product for your kind of pain so its good to get your joints checked out and not assume that the pain is something that this product is going to help !!! i will try to update in 30 days !!

really works

It worked for 5 days (as it says on the label) to relive my knee joint pain but my mobility will take a much longer time.

I do not have the time to write reviews, this is an exception, this review is not to promote the product for the maker, seller or other affiliated in selling the product. I am 75 years old and had a military related injury in my younger days. last 25 years the knees have been on a descending trajectory and the last 5 years have been terrible, I finally told my wife it's time for a surgery on both my knees. I have tried most every thing. These capsules have helped me to start walking again, not jumping and running but slowly on my own, even planted a few plants. The sole purpose of writing this review is to help someone going thru what I was. May be this review will put a smile on someone's face and they may send good vibes and prayers my direction. Several years ago, I injured both of my knees while working. The pain was pretty intense. I was 49 years old and was walking around like I was 80. A physician friend of mine recommended that I take Glucosamines Chondroitin. I took the Move Free brand and had literally astonishing results. As time progressed, one of my knees became worse. I found that I was bone-to-bone on that knee and needed a knee replacement. That surgery was postponed because of the Covid situation. The pain was not intense, but it was there and definitely affected my ability to walk. Taking Tylenol helped. The pain (or discomfort) was reduced significantly. When I read about Genacol, their approach to standing behind their claims (money back if it does not work) impressed me. I decided to give it a try. Within only a couple of days, the pain was significantly reduced (not completely gone). I was getting about as much relief as I was with the Tylenol, and I was pleased with that result because the pain relief was all day long, not for just a couple of hours. Since taking this product, I have not had to take any Tylenol for pain relief. I ordered two new bottles of it yesterday and I plan on taking it for the for seeable future.

I started taking this because my knees were aching and after a week, my joints hurt worse. I stopped taking it and returned to normal. Then after putting it on the shelf for a couple months and forgetting the result, I started taking it again. Same result. After a week, maybe 10 days my body ached like I was getting the flu. I would love to have a refund, but my window has closed. Maybe it will work for you, but it didn't work for me. I'm 54, female, with daily moderate exercise.
