I love these. They are perfect for small amounts of leftovers. Easy to clean and last an long time.

I am moving away from plastic containers, so I'm glad I found these Anchor Hocking glass containers. I found my first couple of containers at a brick-and-mortar store, then found these here on Amazon. This size is great for taking my lunch to work: salad, soup, anything else I desire. I can throw these in my bag and be confident that the contents won't end up all over the inside. I see that later models have a smaller tab to open them, but I don't mind the big tab. I bought this set so I could set up my lunches for the week and just grab them from the fridge.I have a half-dozen other sizes of the same series (TrueSeal) and love them. I take off the top when I microwave (to extend the life of the plastic and silicone). The container endures the freezer quite well. Enjoy!

I love these. They are the perfect size for leftovers. I use them daily to take leftovers to work for my lunch. I had some older Anchor Hocking containers that are the same size as these but the lids were cheap plastic and they split when washed on the top rack of the dishwasher. These lids are superior! They don't leak and are very durable. I haven't had any issues with them and have been using them for a couple of months.

The bowls are perfect for my workday lunches. The only gripe I have is the lids. I have been forewarned about the lids warping in the microwave, so I have never used the bowl with lids on in the microwave. The lids are a pain to clean with such deep grooves and they stain easily. I stored some kimchee in the fridge and the lids came out with orange stains that are permanent. The only thing going for the lids is that they are indeed leak proof--at least for now.

After years of buying-using-tossing cheap plastic storage containers, I decided to upgrade to quality glass versions. I bought a couple of small bowl containers and liked them so much I went for this bigger set. OK for the freezer, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, made of nice heavy glass with a one-piece lid that fits tight but is easy to remove. And it looks beautiful in the refrigerator or on the dining table!As for size: the big bowl can hold an entire cut-up melon, the medium bowl holds a bag of baby carrots or a container of strawberries, and the smallest is good for prepped foods like diced onions, peppers, etc. I also use these to quickly microwave side dishes for dinner: they hold enough food for several people, look pretty to pass around the table, and store any leftovers as well. I prefer this one-piece rubber lid to the "snap-on" style or the ones with a separate gasket; it's easier to open (and for lazy kids to close), and it's still airtight.I've had other Anchor Hocking glassware in the past, and the quality has always been consistently good. Yes, it seems a little pricey, but over the long haul it's worth the investment in my experience. I've already started buying the other sizes and shapes to slowly replace all my old containers. Eventually my refrigerator, freezer, and pantry might all look as beautiful as the modern homes I see in films and in magazines!

Great product! I wish they had larger selection of colors and sizes. I would then buy more.

Nice, well-sized bowls. The lid makes storage so easy. Straight to reheat. What more could you want?

The first set arrived broken and chipped. A replacement set was sent and they are amazing!I love the lids! They are easy to put on and take off but very well made.

I am seriously addicted to this container. Two years ago I bought one from my local hardware store. After two years of constant daily use the plastic in the lid finally gave out. I went to the same hardware store and they no longer carried them (I have no clue why as they are amazing) They did have other containers from Anchor Hocking but none of this type. I checked back several times to no avail. I even went to this companies website but they do not deliver to Canada from their site. I just decided to check amazon and sure enough it was there. I was so happy and I'll explain why. This glass container is amazing to bring your lunches to work. Especially if you bring entire homecooked meals like I do. I hate microwaving a nice steak and lobster dinner in plastic Tupperware container, as I swear the plastic effects the taste of the food and doesn't transfer the heat quite like glass does. This is a thick microwaveable glass. It's very spacious too so it can hold a lot of food. For example it perfectly fit my 6 OZ lobster tail, 8 OZ filet minion and baked potato. The lid seal is amazing. I have never had it leak even when the container has accidentally turned on it's side or upside down in my lunch bag. I never really thought a person could be obsessed with a glass container like a child is obsessed with his or her blanket, but I am literally obsessed with this container. When my family makes a homemade dinner for me to take to work, they know not to put it in any other container but this one or I will get cranky with them. lol.%100 must buy. Lasts a long time before you start having issues with the lid, but I think you can actually buy replacement lids when that time comes. No sense buying a whole new one if you can just buy a replacement lid. I'm certain once you have tried it you'll want more then one of them.
