SmartyKat Mer Mouse Kicker Plush Cat Toy - Randomly Selected Color, One Size

This is a really cute cat toy. I was pleasantly surprised with the size. It's about 10-1/2"x8" (27x20-1/2cm) which is bigger than I expected. The quality of the stitching is excellent, so I expect this to last for quite a while. There is a slight "crinkle" sound with the green material used for the fin of this "Mermouse".My cat Lucy doesn't get super excited about toys, and she will play with her Mermouse a little bit so I'm satisfied with that. There have been many, many other toys that she has completely ignored (it's just a trial and error thing). Overall, this is a good toy for the coin.

This was an impulse purchase that I'm astonished how much my cat Loves. Upon receipt, first reaction was that it was bigger than expected and maybe too big for a 4-month-old kitten. And being a kitten, she was unlikely to react to the catnip in it. Big Attraction turns out to be the the shiny, crinkly fabric that covers the mermaid portion of the toy's body. It makes makes a very satisfying popping sound when the cat's teeth punch through the fabric. My cat flings Mer-Mouse around daily, does her frantic rabbit kick on it, and finishes off with some nice hard crunchy bites. I can hear the "pop pop pop" from across the room. The feathers on the toy that tickle my kitten's whiskers add to her fun.

My kitty and puppy loves this toy, durable and attractive for my pet’s entertainment.

My cats love this toy! They carry it around like a little baby. It's perfect because it's just the right size- it's got the crinkly body and the feathers.

My 3 year old female cat loves this toy. She is a bit destructive though and we have gone through 6 or so of them from Christmas 2018 to February 2020. I leave 3 out at all times and they are in various stages of decomposition. The more torn up they are the more she likes them. So there is one on the verge of being thrown away. Its whiskers and feathers removed and its tail section eith stuffing coming out of it. Then the second one will have bite marks in the tail but nothing else and the third will have nothing. This cycle repeats each time I throw one away. It is kind of funny.

I wish I could say that my cats played with this toy, but they didn't. They show zero interest in this toy. I guess I didn't pay attention to the size when ordering it because it is huge. It looks longer than my kitten. I assumed it would be kind of firm, but it's flimsy. All things considered, the quality is very good. I can't attest to its durability as my cats don't play with it. It will probably be one of those toys that gets lost in the pile of things I don't want littering my floor.

Got this for my playful kitty cat and he loves this mermaid toy with feathers. The slight crunching noise from the material makes him go crazy for it. Feathers are always a hit and brings him back for more.
