CREATRILL Massaging Heated Shoulder Wrap Brace, Shoulder Heat Therapy Wrap Heating Pad for Muscle Pain Relief, Frozen Shoulder, Bursitis, Tendonitis, Rotator Cuff

I bought this for my husband’s shoulder and it seemed to work great. But 3 weeks beyond the return window date it just stopped working. Power cord lights up in the socket but the push button mechanisms just blink once and never turn on. Very disappointed. I would be willing to return and try a replacement but the return window closed. Not happy.

I am a severe case for use in the shoulder heating & massage brace.Ive had 3 left Rotator Cuff Repairs on the left shoulder with screws and anchors.Ive even tore the tendons off the bone.I currently have a Rotator Cuff Tear in BOTH shoulders so I was desperately looking for some relief and a good, comfortable product to help me.This shoulder wrap, initially was difficult for me to put on, being tears in each shoulder. After a few times, I got the hang of it.I would recommend, you have your spouse or friend put it on you the first time o you can understand and fit it better.The control pad is located on the side of the bicep which would seem difficult to use. It is not, really, once you understand what each button function does and its setting by color.When turning on either the heat or massage functions, you hold the button down 3 seconds to turn on. Now while you cant see the button itself, you can use your finger to show the glow of each color. Red – High, Blue – Medium, Green – LowHEAT:The heat function is AWESOME! I wound up turning the setting to Medium for longer use as the High setting is really hot!MASSAGE:It has 3 settings which change the pulse of the vibration.Personally, I didn’t care for it, because the location of the box inside the wrap was uncomfortable for me because of my individual injuries. It is uncomfortable if you go to lay down on your side.I told Creatrill about this (for my issue) and explained that I opened the inner seam of the cuff and the pouch containing the vibrating box and cut the 2 blue wires and removed it.Again, this was MY preference because of my specific injuries.Now, to me, it is really super comfortable, and I can lay on my side with just the heat.I am giving the shoulder wrap a 4 star rating as it does function nicely, and the company (Creatrill) is great to deal with.Again, my review is under no obligation to give a good rating, let alone a 5 star.Very few product deserve a 5 star unless it is that outstanding!I would of gave a 5 star for this wrap because of the comfort, functionality, value, and customer support, but like I said, my specific injury I couldn’t deal with having that box included with the wrap.I had suggested maybe moving its placement or making the box instead of a flat square, to maybe have the part that goes against your body concave to the shape of your shoulder.

I have cronic bursitus in my shoulder. This has given me the ability to have a good night's sleep after months of pain. The only drawback that I have, and it is minor, is that it plugs in, so I have to sit still. The heat and vibration features are very good.

This came today. Late two days. I opened it and plugged it in. No instructions. No buttons worked. First I thought it needed to be charged. Then I read reviews. Ok, it only works when plugged in. OK, it is plugged in. Only for a second if you unplug for like a minute and then plug it in the lights light up for a second. Then NOTHING. I'm going to send back so they can use it. Also HORRIBLE SMELL. TOTAL CHINA CHEMICALS = Gross . Honestly even if it worked, I would probably send back because of this obnoxious scent.

I did receive the item, the fabric is super comfortable, it has the option to adjust but it’s not heating, the massage is too strong and noisy and even though I tried to lower the strength, It did not lowered. After using it for about 5 minutes before going to bed, I could not sleep well with pain on my shoulder due to the strong vibration that it produces. Besides it did not come with a power cord. I had to try all the power sources that I had home to find the one that would fit and power it up. When we buy a product, we intend to test it right when we get it. If it is an electric item, it needs to come with a power cord at least. Not everyone will have all kinds of power cords at home to try on. So, I am returning the Item because it’s not working properly. I bought it because of the heat, and it’s not heating.

Good Shoulder heating pad. It’s an interchangeable pad where very easy to use on either side of the shoulder and felt food when using vibrator ( with heat).Good thing not overheated and can be controlled. The cons is that always should be near power outlet and also takes more time to get muscle pain relief. Overall satisfied.

The product works very well. The only issue I have with it , the straps that comes around the body is a little too short , otherwise it’s very effective on massaging and warming up my strained shoulder.

I have had one of these since 2020 and the pad has really helped me out as I was recovering from rotator cuff surgery. Sadly it recent started going out as the massager turns the unit off. I ordered a new one and it didnt come in the box that is advertised and feels much cheaper then the old one. It only has one massager in the middle vs 2 on either side on the old one. I think I was sent one from a different manufactirer but if this is indeed an updated model it is a far cry from what it was.
