This light is, I guess, as bright as it claims and provides a good light for riding. It's also fairly light and compact and comes with fittings for a bike handlebar and a helmet.The handlebar fitting, though, relies on bending a plastic clip to fit the torch onto the bit that is attached to the bike. Fine for road bikes, but not nearly secure enough for mountain bikes over rough terrain. "Will not fall off" in the description is, I think, a bit optimistic. I will have to see if I can find a better way to secure it. Or maybe safest just to use it on a helmet as the body is a good shock absorber.The other disappointing factor is that it is not made entirely of aluminium as implied in the description. Only the front third is aluminium, the rest is plastic, which will be at greater risk of cracking when the light does fall off.The switch is very sensitive. It has two metal rings which are joined by the electrical conductivity of the moisture on your skin when you touch them. A couple of potential issues with this - the switch won't work with gloves (unless they are "tech" gloves) and I would hate to see what happens to it when it gets some heavy rain on it (disco lights?)I suppose you get what you pay for, and this isn't bad value.

This light is a decent piece of kit however there are a couple of niggles!One the on/off switch is a little bit of a pain in that it is hard to adjust with gloves on and you have to be careful when you remove it that you don't accidentally leave it switched on when you store it in your bag or pocket!2nd if your handle bars aren't level then the mount could shake loose + it'll point off centre!Apart from these niggles a nice light for the price!

I have this light mounted on my MTB helmet as a second light for off road and I have to say it has been very good. Nice not having a separate battery pack and lasts well. Two small minus points, the helmet bracket is a bit fiddly to attach, I ended up modifying with cable ties and the on/off switch is very sensitive until you wear gloves then not so much. Otherwise a great little light.

Great little light and for the price you cant really complain. Hugely bright - I use it on strobe and you can see it flashing on road signs 100m away. Only 3 stars because it doesn't work to well in the wet. I covered the seam and on/off button with a layer of electrical tape and with that its fine even in heavy rain. The helmet mount is good - if you have a go pro camera it will fit the same mount.

This is incredible. I kid you not, the value for money is great, solid piece of kit that at night is like riding with a car headlight. I bought this to replace my head torch that came off in strong winds and was run over and this works even better. On low power this is still so bright! Dont waste your money on a big brand name, these guys have the answer. Thanks, highly recommend!

Its bright but the button is so sensitive and unpredictable too.You can put the light in your pocket and the material turns on the light. You use your finger and it sometimes turn on then not the other times! Odd I would not recommend this product

tried light on handlebar and on helmet, both good fixing brackets, great light output, good quality item, not too bulky and feels robust.

Very bright! It lasts me about a week on a full charge, I cycle about 30mins per working day in the dark so perfect for me. Ive been using it for a month and has been consistent through wet and dry. Comes with good set of fitting hardware.

I've only had this light for a few days now but so far I'm impressed. I used it to ride mountain bike trails in the dark. It seems to be well built and was pretty bright. It was tough to say if it was actually 1000 lumens but it lit up the trails well enough for me. It seems a little slow to charge but I can deal with that. I used it on high for an hour, it never ran out of juice and never turned off on its own like another reviewer mentioned. My big concern is longevity since it is a cheaper light, but I guess time will tell! So far It seems like a winner!

I have spent a good chunk of money buying lights for my bicycle because I am very paranoid of having an accident due to lack of light. After I have tried so many other brands and models I have found this one. This is by far one of the best lights out there for bicycles with a fare price. I use it every weekend when I go to the movies at night. You will be surprised with the power of the small light. I do recommend it to other customers.

This is the brightest bicycle light I have ever seen. I bought a new car last year with LED headlights, which are the brightest car headlights I have ever seen. This product's brightness is comparable. My only complaint, a little one, is that it is made in China and whoever wrote the instructions obviously had only a rudimentary grasp of the English language. But one can still figure out what you need to with the diagrams and such.

August 16, 2017I have been riding for roughly 20 years. I purchased this light a while back and absolutely love it!The light is dependable and the buttons are very sensitive which allows me to focus on the road, as opposed to fumbling to change the light pattern on my 120 mile per week journey.I might add; my first 10 miles are just before dusk and I use the flasher feature . My last 10 miles; I use the full bright feature.If you are looking for a great light that is super bright and easy to charge using a USB port; go no further.I loved it so much that I am ordering a second light; scheduled to arrive tomorrow.Signed,Loving My Light

UPDATE: The light just stopped working and wont turn on. As mentioned in my initial review, the power sensor was very stubborn getting it to turn on. Battery is fully charged with green light indicator. Any help from customer service would be appreciated.Received the light yesterday and charged overnight. When I tested it out today I found the power button isn't as responsive. Not sure if I received a faulty device as the power sensor is very inconsistent. Followed instructions to hold over power button for .6 seconds. Sometimes doesn't respond at all. Also the port for the micro USB seems loose. Great light and very bright but would like an exchange if possible. Thanks!

Light is not as bright as I expected, but worst part is that it shuts itself off and can stay off (according to directions for up to 9 minutes). I often ride in the dark on country roads (no street lights) and 9 minutes with no light is dangerous and unacceptable.

Superbright is correct! This light illuminates the whole Street! This is a great product and the battery life seems to last forever . This is a great concep, good flashlight and mounting brackets are superb! Thanks for making great products!

Works great on my ssr 125

This light has gotten regular 2-day a week usage for 2 years now and working excellent.

I bought two of these for a trail bike and I am extremely happy with my purchase. These lights are extremely bright and very well made. The cone of light they produce illuminates a large and yet very bright field of view on the road. Different from other models I've had, the mechanism that attaches them to the handlebar is intelligently designed and holds the lights firmly in place. I also like that the sensor switches have no moving parts that can break, even if the lights occasionally come on when I am washing the bike. Highly recommended!
