The kit is pretty good in terms of the variety of colors and the repair materials supplied. The directions were thorough and easy enough to follow (a few odd grammar items, nothing terrible though). I purchased it to repair my armrest on my car door, but it isn't very easy to work with the materials around an edge. Also, the heating tool doesn't stay hot long enough (essentially you heat a piece of metal that has been anchored on the end of a wooden stick using a hot iron). It wasn't super convenient for where I was working. My kit was missing the filler that was described in the instructions, but I didn't need filler for my repair. The kit has potential for a different type of repair. I think it would work best for a small tear or small hole on a flat surface (seat or chair back) not near a seam or an edge. It's reasonably priced, but perhaps a bit high for my need. The final repair isn't great, but will suffice for the time being.

I received the kit however several pieces were missing. The backing fabric piece, the practice vinyl pieces, and the vinyl adhesive. Very disappointed that I can’t fix my sofa and chair.

Was hoping the repair was more invisible

Poor product

had to mix the "glue" with the patch material to make enough to cover more than a tiny hole and i even bought 2 boxes so i would have enough. the only reason i gave 2 stars on value is because the color matched good enough and the patch is holding(for now)... would not buy again!
