I thought the regular GNC CLA pills were strong, the thermal version is killer!!! Within 30 minutes, im sweating like a broken dam!!! Feels good but I fo revommend to tske 1 pill if its your first time than gradually take 2 pills.

It works good , makes you feel great after a month or two of use with some exercise and a little bit closer eye on your diet.

Highly recommended to keep up the energy and burn fat at the same time. I've noticed it ONLY works if you mix it with excercise, it doesn't make much of a difference by itself.

Thermo is the best

This doesn’t give me the energy I wanted and it also sometimes makes me feel nauseous if I don’t eat something before I take it. Overall it’s ok but I think I’ll stick with regular CLA minus the caffeine bc again it didn’t give me the jolt I was looking for and the nausea was awful. I’ve lost a few lbs but I also exercise and eat pretty clean so can’t chalk it up to this.

I have only used it for 48 hours, but so far so good. I did not snack yesterday! I researched what helps you lose weight on the NIH website, then searched for something with those ingredients. It had what I needed, except Chromium. It was the closest product I could find.
