Nice finish
I bought this on the strength of reviews and I wasn't disappointed. Although I havent had time to test its mould resistance just yet I am pleased with it as a paint! It is easy to apply with a paintbrush (I havent tried with a roller, but it looks to be of a consistancy the would work with a roller too) and gives a smooth and even, quality finish that means you can get away with not doing two coats if you are simply refreshing a white wall or ceiling. The paint has the thickness of a good emulsion and has very little smell. Brushes clean easily with soap and water.

Fantastic.
After reading the reviews I opted for this mould resistant paint to sort out some mould in my toilet. It arrived promptly was well packaged and the tin was in perfect condition with the lid secured with adhesive tape and 2 metal clips.once open it took about 5 minutes stirring before use, I used a 4 inch brush to apply as I don't think this paint is conjusive to using a roller. It was a dream to use it covered the mould patches great and after the first coat dried it looked great apart from little bits of mould that could still be seen , the 2nd coat once dried there was no mould to be seen i couldn't be more satisfied with this paint anyone with mould this is the paint it is a bit pricey but well worth it all in a fantastic purchase highly recommended.

Time Will Tell
Used this on a ceiling and I thought I would add my two pennies worth, time will tell if we get any mould, tbh I'm not sure we had condensation related mould or it was from our delightful youngest spraying water on the ceiling (we shall never know!) Anyway I think there are a few reviewers who's suggested this was a thin and watery paint that was consequently difficult to apply to ceilings, I am pretty certain they either did not stir it well enough, if not they must have had a faulty batch. But this paint does take a lot of hearty stirring to get it to a nice thick consistency a good 5 mins or so and note paint requires stirring not shaking. Goes on beautifully and provides an excellent matt brilliant white finish.

Bathroom paint
Does the job and keeps mould away. Colour is as expected . Paint needed mixing quite a lot and needed a few coats. Unfortunately after a while it started to peel in places so will need to repaint.

Great paint, but slightly blueish white more than brilliant white
Zinsser is my go to brand for most things these days.PermaWhite is a great paint - the mould resistant feature works well, no odour, and easy to apply.I used it in two places..Interior Garage wall - apart from the painted edges, this was bare drywall. One reviewer shows photos of it peeling, but they clearly didnt seal the drywall first. You need to seal it first, ideally with Zinsser GardzPermawhite is supposed to be a self priming paint, but for this wall it needed 3 coats. If I did it again Id probably do Gardz, then prime it with Zinsser BIN, then 1 or 2 coats of Permawhite.Batheroom Ceiling: This was already painted so didnt need Gardz or a primer, just 2 coats of Permawhite to freshen it up and it was looking great.I cut in with a cheap natural bristle brush, and then used Hamilton Perfection Medium Pile rollers (both the mini ones for the garage area, and the larger one for my bathroom ceiling - I love the finish from these rollers)Color: My only cricitiscm is that its quite a cold looking white - more on the blueish side than youd normally expect from a brilliant white emulsion.Cleanup: Whilst it doesnt claim to be entirely water-based, you can clean wet brushes and rollers just by rinsing in the sink with water. If you leave them to dry, you'll need something like Zinsser BIN Brush cleaner, and at that point its usually worth just tossing them.

The best. Simply.
Zinsser products seem to be the only products I've found that actually work. For example i painted my parents bedroom with this paint in 2014, it always had terrible mould issues, but the room is only now after 11 years starting to get a modest amount of mould on the walls. Compared to other more mainstream products which seems to do nothing, this stuff is amazing. Considering you need to apply less often it proves to be better value of money. Easy to use with a good consistency / thickness, good coverage, minimal smell. Colour coverage also seems decent, looking very solid with 2 coats over magnolia.

Good coverage.
I have used this paint many times. It is easy to use, odourless and covers well. Does not yellow overtime and good value. Would definitely recommend it.
