Overall, this is an excellent stand for those with multiple charging requirements. It comes fully assembled and just requires insertion of the charging cables for the Apple Watch and AirPod stations (not included), which is very easy. The wireless charger for the phone will require a decent power source that can supply the required wattage to work effectively. It won’t work properly with the standard adaptor supplied with the phone, but neither will most wireless chargers. The cable for the phone charger plugs in separately via a USB C connector and is offset to the right side from the other two cables that emerge together in the centre, not a problem to me but some have complained about it being untidy. The materials are solid aluminium and with the rubber feet that it comes with the unit is solid, stable and doesn’t slide around. The AirPod connector protrudes a little further than most so it will connect properly if you use a neoprene case like I do. Like others, I would agree that the angle of the watch holder means that the nightstand view defaults to portrait mode so that the clock is on its side but on the other hand it is the only stand I have tried that properly supports my larger Apple Watch 4 with a solid metal strap properly. The holder for the charging disc is firm and adjustable so should work if you have the watch in a case. The new model has a much improved, lipped rubber foot that securely supports the phone so that there is no risk of it slipping off the stand. The wireless pad has two charging zones (for portrait and landscape) but they are sited a tiny bit low for my iPhone 8 Plus in a case that has good side buffers. So I have to position the phone quite accurately to turn on the charger in portrait mode and it doesn’t work in landscape. However, it works fine in both orientations with the case off, so you might need to bear your case dimensions in mind with the Plus sized models. A single, larger charging area might have been better. Last gripe is that the charging indicator has three colours (blue, green and turquoise) and varys from being on constantly or flashing. There is nothing in the instructions as to what these different indications mean. But overall it’s by far the best combination stand that I’ve tried so far.

Review in April 2019:After getting sick of my cluttered bedside table, I ordered this TOMENG 3 in 1 charging station to charge my iphone X and my apple watch (no air pods). I'd looked at several other options on amazon and on other websites, but this one seemed to have the best look about it and the best overall reviews.Most of the negative reviews seemed to take issue with either the bright blue LED charging light or the rubber at the bottom of the phone charger. Many review said that the rubber wasn't sufficient to keep the phone held in place and prevent it sliding off. I was happy enough to work around those potential issues so I decided to go ahead and order.The package came next day with prime delivery so very quick. Upon opening, the charging station looks very impressive. Very slick with a beautiful black gloss finish. Once I got the charger home and set it up, the cables all run nicely into the unit and it keeps everything very tidy compared to what I had before. Yes, there are two wires coming out of the back, but I personally don't notice them at all as they run down behind my bedside table and plug into the wall. From the front, it's tidy and frees up a lot of room on my table.The main two gripes people have with these chargers i've mentioned above (blue light and rubber).Firstly to address the LED light. On my unit, I can barely see the blue light. I'm not exaggerating either. On my previous wireless charger, the light was so bright it kept me awake at night so I had to cover it up. With this unit, you can't see anything. From what I can see, the light is still there but the rubber is blocking it. From the front I can't see it at all.There's a tiny slit in the rubber and if I look from a certain angle, I can just about see the blue light but like I say, barely. A significant improvement.Other reviews have made mention to the phone sliding off the wireless charger due to insufficient rubber at the bottom holding it in place. I noticed straight away when I opened the box that my unit didn't look like those examples in the promo photos on amazon .The promo images show a flat, white rubber at the base of the phone charger which looks like the phone could easily slide off, whereas mine has a black rubber with a lip on it which keeps the phone firmly held in place (see my attached photograph). Again, a significant improvement. I've had no issues wirelessly charging my iphoneX with the case on either.Very impressed with this unit. The unit i've received in April 2019 has addressed the problems that were being mentioned in previous negative reviews.A very happy customer and would recommend to anyone.
