The wax is a light brown, beeswax color!

Q: When do i remove the wax

You don't remove the wax. As the tree heals under the wax and grows the wax and that special tape under it will break and eventually fall off by itself.

Q: product has dried, what to do?

I don’t know. The product did not work for me. The 3 grafts I did all died.
