Received package fast and in perfect condition! As far as the product….Ive been taking it for years on and off. I set my alarm 30 minutes before I need to get up and take it. It helps get me going. I often forget just how well it works for hunger control until I don’t have it! Really great product!

This is a great boost when you are lagging . Thank goodness the bottle was strong enough to protect the product. Amazon driver threw the package in the driveway and it was run over by at least three cars. The product survived

I love this product, but I would Not recommend taking 3 or 4 capsules at once. I take 2 pills and fast until lunch and that keeps me going all day and then some. Please drink plenty of water or your desired fluid with this. Take it early if not it will be hard to goto sleep at a normal time. It is effective and an appetite suppressant so make sure you stay hydrated very important.
