Damaged Card. Undamaged parcel
The actual card was damaged. The outer parcel was not in anyway damaged. Which means it was damaged before going into the parcel. Really annoyed as we needed the card ASAP. A shame that there's no care handling the card.

Arrived too late with a sealed envelope.
Nice card but took over 2 weeks to arrive by which time I had purchased another card. The accompanying envelope for the card arrived sealed and unusable. No luck with a refund from the seller
