Fits perfectly, very much recommended for the H3 player.

This is a plastic case laminated with leather. This is not the same item as I had previously purchased for $19 which was all leather (lined with velvet) and the player could slide into it, covering the SD card slot and thus, protecting it. Some people may prefer access to the card slot. I do not, but still, this is a nice enough case for the price. It is hardly better than the translucent, plastic case but since it is the same plastic case laminated in pebble grain leather?, it won't slide or slip as easily as the plain plastic case provided.
