When I tried to attain ketosis, I was very rigid with my food discipline. I would not eat anything that was not on the diet. But, this ice cream was very low carb points and I was so happy to have it. I could eat half of the container and it was so satisfying. It was hardly anything on my carb count. So, to answer your question, yes! It is extremely tasty. I loved it. I purchased two cases of it and then eventually I just watched all carbs. I don’t really even eat much ice cream anymore. But, that was delicious.

Can you please put together a variety pack? I’d love to try this but don’t need 8 pints of the same flavor.
