It’s working for me
I am on about my 5th box so far. I didn’t want to write a review until I’d tried it for a little while, to give it a chance to work or not. The first box didn’t make any difference, however after about the 2nd box I noticed it was becoming hard for me to finish an entire meal, my appetite has greatly reduced. I still get hungry but at the moment I can only eat about half of what I used to. Other people have noticed and commented that I’ve lost weight. I put on about 2 dress sizes as an effect of medication, which I’m no longer taking. Even though I stopped the meds, and had been off them for quite a long time, the weight would not budge despite exercise and so on. I’ve never in my life otherwise had any other weight issues (I’m 32yo). I have made zero other changes to my diet, I still drink alcohol, eat quite an unhealthy diet to b honest, but I’m still losing weight so I can only think it must be the tea that’s helping. I don’t mind the flavour but I can understand how it wouldn’t suit everyone. The only trouble with this product is the pricing which is just going to be impossible for a lot of people unfortunately. But maybe the patented product they use in the tea was expensive to manufacture or something, I don’t know. Overall, I would recommend this product if you can afford it, and are willing I give it some time to work eg 6 weeks or so to see is any changes in appetite and so on.

Taste better than most
I can't really say that it does what is says on the packet - I've tried similar products and they didn't really have a huge impact, so personally I don't think these products are particularly effective and I think it depends very much on the individual. It does taste a lot better than other products and is very easy to digest and actually i enjoyed the tea. I wouldn't rush to buy it again and rather might just stick to regular green tea and eat less!

Tea
Not a bad taste. No proof it actually works

Taste bad but seems to be working for me.
I have been using this tea for a week on top of a bit of hit and miss healthy eating and exercise. I have lost 2lb this week despite not always making the best choices about food so I am hoping now that I am back on track and have the exercise in place, this will help speed up the process. I can't say I enjoy taking it - not my cup of tea - but it's a small enough portion to be gulped quickly without too much fuss.

Expiry date fraud
I bought my first box from Asda, no issues. Then found it on Amazon reduced so bought some more. The product expired in 8 days from the purchase date, but supplier put a sticker to hide the manufacturer expiry date, extending it by 1 year. This is fraud. No wonder it had no effect (compared to the first lot bought from Asda) and the consistency was funny; the powder didn't devolve properly in hot water, and left like a foamy/slimy layer.

They work!
Very surprised and didn't believe all the reviews but these actually work. They seem to stop you feeling hungry in between meals. I have lost far more weight since using these tea's. They don't really taste of anything.

Not a bad green tea.
I quite like this tea as a general cup of tea. I think this does help, I take one a day and use the XLS medical sachets and managed to loose half a stone in six weeks and I really wasn’t paying attention to what I ate so I’m guessing they work. A little expensive but if it works I don’t mind so much.
