I was in love with these designs they offered. I was hoping the product was going to be of some decent quality and it is! I've been using this now for a few weeks and although the iPad itself keeps sliding out of the two slits, it's still 5 stars to me. You just have to pay attention to how you bump it and move it or else the iPad will fall down. It fits every need I have and offers good protection. I also thought that the elastic strap would start to wear down or get loose after a few weeks and it has not. It seems to be of some pretty durable elastic and I am guessing that it will last quite a while.UPDATE:It's Christmas and I decided to buy myself a new iPad cover and since I loved my newspaper one I bought a while back, I decided to see what else they have. Hoping the "love tree" will be the same quality. I saw one person's case started to peel back. My newspaper case is as pristine as the day I bought it. The strap elastic seems like it hasn't stretched an ounce. This iPad cover is 10x better than all the random iPhone cases I've purchased combined.

Although this is not shown in the pictures, this case has a picture of a girl with an EXTREMELY low cut dress on the cover. I thought that was not very appropriate, so I had to use a Sharpie to draw over the dress to make it appear that it had a higher neckline. I would have returned it, but I liked the design so much and I didn't want to have to wait longer for the new one to arrive, so I just drew over it so that it looked decent. If it doesn't bother you to have a picture of a trashily-dressed model on the cover of your case, buy it. If not, don't purchase this. I would've thought Fintie would put the picture of the girl on it so that people would be aware, but this was not so. Don't waste your money on a cover that has that on it, buy one that has a better design. Bottom line is I would have given it 5 stars if it weren't for that indecent picture.

There are apparently a whole series of covers like this with different patterns so I'll cover my pattern choice first. I work for a newspaper and I use my iPad for taking notes in department head, safety and other meetings throughout the week as well as emails, documents and viewing the online editions of our product. I receive a ton of compliments in how perfect this looks in our work setting. If I turn it face down on my desk it blends right in with the real papers. Functionally it is perfect too. It completely protects the front and back of the iPad and is held shut with an elastic band. The swivel attachment allows me to easily turn it sideways for viewing videos or typing or stand it upright for surfing or emails. One potential negative...this has smart screen technology (which is awesome) but if you spin the screen 180 degrees before closing it the screen with stay on. I found this out the hard way when my son put it away wrong and I had a dead battery when I tried to access my work notes on Monday morning.

This case fits the new ipad w/retina display. The newspaper pattern is really cute and it also acts as a camouflage which helps prevent theft... The only thing I don't really like is that the case doesn't feel sturdy. It's padded but it feels flimsy. Also, I would have loved a hook for holding a stylus pen. But other than that, it's a cool case and it's worth the price. My ipad can rotate without any hassle which is what I was really looking for versus using a Velcro case, where you have to do a lot of adjusting. Also, The wake/sleep function could use better magnets especially for sleep mode. However, This seems to be a common prob with a lot of cases so I just make sure I tap the sleep button on my device just to be on the safe side.

When I first received it in the mail (shipped very quickly), I was incredibly excited for it. I had a speck one and was immediately in love with this one more. This has features that the speck one didn't have-with its stand, it could stand vertically and horizontally; also, rather than just a peg to stand it up (only horizontally like my speck), it has an entire slot (I hope that makes sense). Also, it rotates. Also, it has an entire plastic backing rather than just 3/4 of it. It has some very nice features. The cover of it is thick so I felt as if my screen were protected. However, 2 months down the line, the thing is falling apart. The outside print (very cute and unique print I might add) is coming off from the hard plastic. the corner is chipping off, leading me to believe that in just a few months my iPad is going to fall out. In theory, it is an excellent iPad case. It still has features I really love, but as of right now, I'm not satisfied because its breaking after less than two months.

At first I was hesitant that I would not like this case for my iPad because it felt somewhat "thick." I thought it may end up being given too bulky for me. Just not what I was looking for. After putting my iPad in it and using it some I have really come to like it. It's just a little bulky but it adds good protection and cushion. Not a problem for me. The positioning works great and this ended up being just what I was looking for.

I selected this case from many others because I wanted the rotating type and I thought that "wrapping" my iPad in the newspaper should be very cute. Actually speaking of quality, on the elegant Apple tablet this case looks exactly like a cheap paper. As a stand it is much too soft, it looks bulky and when the cover is closed the Wake/Sleep click-clicks go on beyond the control. Conclusion - if you want a case as perfect as your iPad, go for better quality product. If you just want your tablet to be protected from scratches and also look very individual, then this case would be the right choice for you.

Love this case, and I get lots of complements on it. Like the different ways I can set it up and the 360 design. I have had it for a few months now, maybe 6 and my only complaint is that the edging on one side has come loose. Other then that holding up great and was a great value for the price.
