I have been looking at Mahjongg sets for a while and had a hard time deciding on which set to purchase. I went with this set since the price was reasonable and I am not sure how much I would be using my set since one set is good for four players and my other friends have sets. This set was beyond my expectations. The bag is nice and sturdy and it has a zippered compartment inside to hold the dice, coins and card. There are velcro holders for the pushers and the tiles along with cases with covers for the tiles. Everything fits nicely in the bag. The dice are small but you only use them at the beginning of the game so they are fine. The tiles are very nice. Can't say enough about this set it is exactly what I was looking for and I am very happy with it. I would recommend it to anyone.

I'm new to Mahjong so I wasn't sure of the best set to buy. I selected this set based on other reviews and good price, and I am very happy with the purchase. The carrying bag is very good quality. The trays stack together and have a nice fabric wrap that stays closed with velcro. The tiles, which are good quality, come in two trays with one larger fabric wrap.) While the trays are nice, I found it easier to put the tiles into a separate bag that easily fits in the overall carrying bag.

I got the set today. The tiles look fine, I'm sure they'll be easy to handle. But two of the tile display trays were broken, though I think they'll be usable. The two tile storage trays however were shattered beyond repair. Really annoying. Come on, people. How hard is it to pack a box so stuff doesn't break?An update: C&H went out of their way to replace the broken pusher/racks as well as the tile storage trays. Dorian in particular kept me informed about the process. In fact the company offered to make things right before I even approached them. Terrific customer service. I like the tiles too. Very pleasing to handle. A very good product.

Comes in convenient soft carry bag. Be aware it DOES NOT come with a pair of dice.

This is a very nice Mahjong set. If I had to make any changes, I would change the tile containers. I’ve seen other sets where the tiles are contained in 2 zipper bags, which allows for easier clean-up. In this set, tiles must be placed back in the original boxes where they fit snugly. It just takes longer, but it does not affect the value of this set. Definitely worth the money.

This tile set is identical to one that a friend bought on Amazon for about $80 more. The only difference that I can tell is that the more expensive set comes with a quilted and patterned bag, and has a couple of zippered pouches for the tiles if you want to keep them loose and not returned to the boxes that they are originally stored in. I plan to use a couple of zippered pouches that I already have (from makeup purchases, etc.) or I'll just put the tiles back in the boxes after each use. Either way, this set is perfect for a beginner (and maybe for more advanced, discerning players also).

Set arrived and was packaged very well. All the tiles and accessories were included. Everything fits nicely in the carry bag. The tiles are a little lighter in weight than some other more expensive sets that I’ve played with.
