I been wanting to buy this kettle for a long time, and been waiting for the promo. Now there is the $10 off coupon I finally got it. The pink is so pretty, and the kettle is so well-make with high quality glasses, many small pot for different purpose of the cooking. The kettle is easy to use and clean too, I can now finally work without paying attention to the stove.... PS： Packaging is nice, and it comes with a free super informational recipe book too.

We use it every day, especially used for my Ginger tea. So whenever you need, you always can have a warm tea.

I like to make herbal tea and soup, and I always want to buy a easy cooker so that I don't have to wait downstairs to watch the stove. This is really really easy to use. Time are preset for different tea/soup/stew. You just need to make two simple clicks, one for choice of tea/soup, one for start button. It will automatically cook and keep warm. There is not a big difference in price comparing to the ones sold in China (This is a very popular brand and popular pot in China now -- kind of high-end pot). Plus, it's made for U.S. 110V power. Little Tips: 1. Make sure to let it cool a little before you wash it with cold water, or you can rinse it with warm water. This will make your glass having a longer life. 2. Add sugar/sweetener later when everything is cooked and the program is almost finished to avoid stickiness at the bottom. 3. If you do not want or you do not have enough time to wash at that moment, make sure you trashed everything inside and leave some clean water in it. You can always come back and wash it later. It will be much easier for cleaning. 4. Maximum 1000ml water in pot for using stew pot; Maximum 1200ml water for boiling any kind of tea without stew pot inside; Having lid slightly opened when cooking white fungus (sticky stuff) to avoid overflow.

This pot is really cute and easy to use! It beeps every time it's done, which I find helpful. It is a bit pricey, but it can do multiple functions. I've only used it to boil water so far, but I want to see if it works making non-dairy yogurt, going to try that soon. I do think this is a great product, it's easy to store and use.

This multifunction electric kettle is my new favorite kitchen tool. It’s time saving, it automatic turn off when finish cooking, so I don’t have to worry about shutting off like stovetop. The glass kettle is well made with thick glass. It’s easy to use, it have four different cooking functions, each function button show cooking time length. and five stew function when use inner stew pot. This kettle is more than just for boiling water. It came with stainless steal tea filter to make tea. The manufacturer made it user friendly, the tea filter came with base/ holder, that way when i take out the tea filter from the kettle, I can place it on the filter holder and the excessive water won’t spill all over my countertop. My favorite part is the fact that it also have inner stew pot. It’s like 2 in 1 cooking. I use it to make soup in the outer kettle and egg or rice in the inner stew pot. The kettle control cooking temperature very well, I felt it taste better to make soup in the kettle than on my stovetop. It also came with a recipe book. Overall i am very satisfy with this purchase. Especially on this cold winter weather I use it everyday for soups, hot tea etc to keep me warm. And I got the kettle in pink my favorite color!

It’s a beautiful product. The instructions are detailed and clear. A bit complicated, but it does take time to read through it. Unfortunately the glass pot broke in my hands after only used it twice. Not sure what happened. The pot was completely cooled off throughout the night and unplugged. Wish I had purchased a warranty.

I use this tea kettle everyday for different kninds of herbal tea. The tea kettle is very pretty and the quality is superb. I love the spout infuser feature a lot! I never have to use the bigger infuser as I make floral loose leaf tea like rose tea mostly. The spout infuser is enough for keeping those loose leaf from being poured out. Good for cooking green bean soup too. Overall, great quality but price could be cheaper.

I bought this on July 16. I was very excited by the good reviews. I started using it a week later. It worked well. I have altogether used it less than 10 times, maybe 7-8 times. It was all fine. However, last night I was trying to make soup in it. It turned on and worked for about 2 lights. Then it kept blinking without cooking. I tried all the 4 buttons, but none worked. So it is now a dead unit. Very sad---It is such a nice-looking and expensive unit. When it did work, it was very convenient and easy to use. Why did it just die like that? Did anyone else have the same experience?
