Like most things Malco make it’s a steep price but it definitely does the job it’s designed to do and so far it has held up to being stepped on, dropped numerous times, thrown into my unorganized dangerously overcrowded toolbox (which has been the demise of a lot of lesser quality tools of mine). So all in all I definitely recommend the tool if you’re in the market for a professional grade folding tool. The handle adds tremendous leverage to help make your bends (on 24 ga panels in my case).

This is a high quality tool made in America that I highly recommend. I own several other hemming tools and this one is by far my favorite. This tool allows me to make consistent hems on both straight and diagonal cut roof panels witease and precision. I have made hundreds of panels (24g) with this tool and I love it!

Bought this to install stainless gutter guards - works great for bending them cleanly! Will use it for bending standing seam roofing, which is its' primary role in the next few months.

I bought this tool for my husband, a general contractor, because he was installing a standing seam metal roof on our house. He found it to be very useful and very easy to use. Made the job easier, good for cutting time down during the project. It is well made and still looks and feels brand new after the first full project. We highly recommend this drip edge folding tool, and would purchase it again.

Nicely made and finished. I would have liked a longer handle for better leverage (less effort on my part). It works well for folding but you need to be careful to ensure the sheet metal roofing stays fully in the appropriate grove when folding over.
