Good Product
I love these. They do not move. I prefer to use them with exercising pants as the inside rubs on skin, took a star off for that. They are good for all sorts of exercises. Even to use walking on stair master or hills or an inclined treadmill.

Good bands, a little too tight
The bands themselves work great, exactly as advertised. They are very durable and can be used for lots of different exercises. My only qualm is that the lightest band is very tight and adds too much resistance for beginner use.

i have no complains - cute colors too
very solid bands, i ordered these specifically because my mom doesn’t like the latex type of bands. these are very good quality and honestly quite firm. they came in at a reasonable time and they really bring an extra burn to my workouts.

They stay perfectly in place!
Having a latex allergy means I can’t use regular booty bands. These are fabric so I don’t break out and that is nice. I’ve only had them for a week, but so far they seem great and are exactly what I needed. They don’t slip or ride up- they stay perfectly in place. I’m not sure about stretching out yet since I’ve had them such a short time, but so far I’m very pleased with this purchase.

Durable doesn’t roll
These resistance bands are perfect they don’t slip or roll down they are a little on the thick side the the resistance can be intense I use them for squats, crab walks, bridges, fire hydrants, and donkey kicks
