These chairs are so comfortable and stylish. Made of excellent quality. I couldn't be more happier.

For the price it's pretty good. Assembly is all friction fit and the materials are far from high quality. The amount of height adjustment is impressive. Maybe a two year lifespan with daily use.

I ordered two of these swivel chairs in white in March of 2015. I have used them in both my kitchen and bathroom. Used the one in the bathroom every day. The wheel came off bathroom chair early in January of 2018. It won't stay on, and appears seriously broken. Nevertheless, I decided that this chair gave me just under 3 years of decent service for a reasonable price, so I have just ordered one more as a replacement. I do hope it lasts as the price has increased, and there is now a substantial shipping charge, which didn't exist on my first order.

Product looks nice but quality is poor.One of the wheels was broken after 2 days of non intensive use.

Junk. The ball bearings in the wheel casters work their way out of the housings. Very disappointing. The chair is comfortable but it is getting more difficult to roll around.

Very Happy with my facial stool. Looks just like photo advertisement. Very comfy and well built. Very easy to assemble. Shipping schedule was as promised. I did have one equipment part that was missing when I received shipment. I contacted the seller and they quickly sent a replacement part that was missing.Excellent customer service. It looks great. Only used it for a few days and the hydraulics wouldn't keep the seat up - it sinks. I'm just going to "repair" it with a piece of pvc to keep it at the height I want.
