After trying a bottle and experiencing it's beneficial effects I ordered another one. I felt it enhanced my mental well being during the lock down and shielding.I have tried many other brands in the past. Some of them more expensive. Either I developed side effects or no effects at all.Regarding the natural supplements, my opinion is, that the origin of the product,concentration and processing it -all have an idiosyncratic effect. This is the reason,I believe, some customers respond to a particular brand well and others do not.For me this brand suits well. I will buy again.
