In the product information, it days it will fit a "Piston ram of hydraulic press you prepare: < 2.16" (55 mm) diameter." The photo says 50mm. Well, I've measured repeatedly, and my 49.8mm ram (less than 2.16" and less than 50mm) does not fit. I really didn't want to have to do any additional tooling, but I will have to if I want to use it. I will probably return it instead. I haven't even plugged it in yet to check the rest. I'll update this review if I decide to keep it, but I thought the sizing information was something people would want to know. For some people that makes or breaks a purchase - I wouldn't have bothered with it had I known.

Simple and efficient

This unit lasted 2 months and then both temperature units went out and no longer works. Dont buy!!!

The blocks are so smooth they stick together like gauge blocks would. The machining is that nice. Quick heat up and it works well with the 12-ton press I had. Could probably get away with a 5-ton press as I get bags falling apart or paper tearing at 5-ton and above.

these are nice and thick, controller manual a little technical, but most of it isn't actually needed, pretty simple to use as is, paired to a 10-ton press, works perfect

Works well, instructions for the PID loop could be clearer, however if you take your time it can be figured out and the only thing that really needs changing is the temperature.

Aucune précision dans la température car il n'y a pas de thermocouple pour lire la température , donc l'élément chauffe pas a la bonne température. Sa dit éléments chauffant de 500watts mais c'est 2 x 250 watts . Le machinage des plaques d'allu c bien . Mais pour le prix je fournirait 30$ de plus et je me pogne la dabpresse .

I received a faulty controller but had it replaced quickly by the seller without hassle
