great product
I bought this pump for my brother who is bed ridden. If he gets sick it is an ordeal to get him into a wheelchair and to a doctor's office for treatment. He is unable to bring up mucus or spit it out so any type of cold takes a while to get rid of. I saw this device online with some what mixed reviews so I took the chance. Well this pump saved me from taking my brother to doctor. I was able to suck out the mucus and keep his airway clear without a problem. You have to buy the curved attachment tube that reach down his throat easier. turn it on suck out mucus and clean tubing afterwards is a snap. Was able to give him medication for cold and shorten the time he was sick. Quick delivery with Amazon Prime.I would recommend this product.

works 100% better than others we have used
my daughter is paralyzed from the neck down vent dependent and we were using a portable suction from the respiratory company we use for supplies. This machine is great...quieter than others we have used and suctions better. would highly recommend.

Adequate
I purchased this a few months ago for my mother who has some minor mucus problems at times. The guage says up to 30 but I don't see mine going much over 5.. just wonder about that...but It does seem to be adquate for daily oral care and to suction excess fluids. I don't run it continuously though, and it's very noisy.

Suction Machine--best value ever!!!
I had to buy a suction machine in order to come home from a nursing home--looking for a good value and I found one in this suction machine. Simple to use and very economical. I highly recommend itto anyone who needs one and is cash strapped!!! Best buy of the year for me!

Good suction
Bought for my vet clinic to aid in ascites relief. Quickly does the job aspirating 4000ml which by 60ml syringe took near an hour.

Used by newborn
I bought this a couple of months ago for my nephew. He was born with a form of cleft palate and, therefore, required the use of a suction machine. This heavy duty suction machine is used everyday and we have never experience any problems with it. Just know that it is an AC power only machine. You will not be able to use it in a car unless you buy a DC/AC inverter. We use this machine with an inverter when going on long trips and it operates perfectly.

crock of crap. do not buy
No suction at all! we bought this for my dad to alleviate extra secretions when he is sick and it would not even suction water from a cup let alone thick mouth secretions. So disappointed. Fortunately for him we did not need it for a few months but now it is not returnable. What a crock of crap.
