Decent storyline

Gosling is superb here, brilliant soundtrack, tight story and incredibly atmospheric movie.

Never since silent film has so few words portrayed so much meaning. Ryan Gosling is formidable. Carey Mulligan is endearing.The sound is perfect. Rarely in a film do cars sound as they should. This film is dripping in attention to detail. The original soundtrack is fantastic and captures every mood of the film really adding to each scene.I have watched this film so many times and never fail to enjoy it. Sometimes it even surprises me again.For me, an all time great.

Watched this the other night with the revised soundtrack again for the first time in like 4/5 years, fantastic again. I think this first introduced me to Chvches that I've been a fan of ever since. I have yet to listen to the original soundtrack, that I'll get round to soon.Gosling is great, the 'hero' who essentially doesn't have to get involved. This was one of those films that just gets stuck in your head as you ponder each scene later. Thumbs up to anyone daring enough to pull off wearing Goslings jacket.

I watched this version when it was screened on terrestrial tv and absolutely loved it. After looking all over the net I gave up hope I'd see this version again.I had this on preorder when I saw it was being released.It's a great film with either sound-score, however Zane Lowe and co did a great job and personally I love it
