Nice size
I bought it for the casserole in my large toast-r-oven. I do not use the oven oven to much lately. Need to watch burning the top of the food. Worked well first time around with the ziti, now I try lasagna.

Nice 8x8 square dish. No lid. Description is misleading.
This review is for the 2-quart casserole dish. The picture makes it look rectangular but it's not. It's square. 8" x 8". The sides are slanted. The bottom surface is 7" x 7". The outside height is about 2.5". The inside height is about 2.25". The glass is thick, about a quarter inch. The handles are substantial and comfortable. The description says it comes with a lid. It doesn't. It's a nice dish but I'm giving it only 4 stars because the description is confusing and misleading.

Bought this to replace an existing dish which broke, looks very strong and just the right size for lasagne etc.

fine baking dish
I have bought these after buying the 1.5L Anchor baking dishs (2lb bread tin size). These are equally good quality. Anchor products are excellent and I'd say the best available.
