RELAXONCHAIR [MK-V Plus Full Body Zero Gravity Shiatsu Massage Chair with Built-in Heat and Air Massage System (White Glove Delivery) (Black)

So I've had this chair for a couple of weeks now. Overall it's fantastic. Only 2 things to complain about.One is fixed the other I haven't figured out yet.The biggest and most painful problem with this and most all of these massage chairs is the center main massage roller. It beats the hell out of you so bad it bruises your bones and you end up not being able to use it for several days until the pain subsides. Now, I'm not a skinny boney person. I'm 238 lbs. 5'10" tall. This thing kicks your ass.After just looking at the chair for a while and trying to figure out how to fix this without returning it , I decided to use a piece of the foam packing material the chair came with.I cut a piece 14" wide by 3 feet tall and just placed on the chair. I tried it out and could not believe how FREAKING AWESOME this chair is now to use regardless of the mode, the intensity anything. I can actually use the chair several times a day with total 100% enjoyment. You don't even have to be concerned about what setting it's on.What a difference a 1/2" thick piece of foam can make.If the manufacturer is reading this I would take this under advisement. If incorporated this into the chair you would have the best chair on the market. I can't think of what else I would want in a chair,. I couldn't begin to understand how a chair that costs 10K more would be any better. The only other complaint is the forearm slots where you can insert your arms for an air bag massage.It feels like your arms are going to pop like a ketchup packet under your shoe. It's actually very scary. Just when you think your arm is going to explode from the extreme pressure it releases pressure. I haven't figured out how to reduce that if possible. Otherwise this thing is just great. I hated having to spend the 600.00 on delivery and white glove set up but I had no one else to help.It's heavy. And the leg part of the chair needed to be assembled.

I use the air setting plus heat. Chair in full recline. Off to sleep after a busy 12 hour shift. Quality...YES. Great Delivery. This chair is made to last.
