Bought as needed Vitamin B complex , however i only quickly read the front Big letters for B complex. Please be warned that this also contains Vitamin D3! Be aware that people ought to take Vitamin K2 if taking D3. I don't think D3 should really be supplied without K2. Luckily i saw this so ordered K2 seperately.

Tablets are small, easy to swallow. Lot less waste in packaging them like this.
