Hole all the way through case.
(Updated 1/7/21) The new one arrived hole-less. (Original12/27/20) Arrived with a hole that went all the way through the outer case. You can see the light coming through the hole. Had to return - wouldn't give me an option to just exchange the item for a new one. And when I went to rebuy the item, it wasn't on sale anymore. So I had to pay more, and have extra hassle to get the exact same item again. :( Hopefully the next is good to go.

I’ve had a few of these, normally pretty good. But this one (despite replacing the wick and flint) just takes ages to light. Would return but with all the faff told trying to make it work missed the return window 😩
