This works so well! I’m not one to make reviews about anything but this supplement works! I’m an avid yoga student and I’ve had several tendinitis in my elbows and in my thumbs. I recently had surgery for Golfer’s elbow in my right arm. Due to the pain and the surgery I had to step out from my mat for several months. I recently came back and my hands and wrist started hurting, as well as my left elbow tendon. I read about natural Anti-inflammatory herbs and supplements and this showed up in my feed. I was skeptical at first but after two weeks of taking I’m truly impressed! I’m so thankful for this product because I can do yoga without pain now.

I do CrossFit regularly. Had some swelling in my left elbow on the lateral side. Initially I thought tennis elbow, but there is no pain, just swelling and limited range of motion. Figured it happened from overuse. So I stopped lifting for a bit. Stumbled upon this (after it had been swollen for almost two weeks) and omg…this stuff is amazing. I took two in the AM and two at night the first day. Second day two in the AM and midday I noticed that my elbow is feeling more like itself. Better range of motion, significantly less swelling and discomfort. Awesome product. Hoping that it helps my knees as well

Been about 4 weeks for me, and I haven't noticed any significant improvements of my small rotator cuff tear.

I've been using this product for about a week, and I've noticed a positive change in how my knee feels during my workouts. I also seem to feel ready for my lifts more quickly. I haven't experienced any negative effects, which is a big plus! I've tried it both with and without food, and it's been consistently good. I would definitely recommend giving this product a try

I bought these for someone else. They wouldn't keep taking these. So I'm going to try them. My shoulder and knees hurt. No matter what I do for them. I take collagen with Vitamin C and Hyluronic Acid. It did help with the pain. But they still hurt when I walk. My knee catches or goes out. Will update.
