I was so surprised at the quality of this cover. It's a slight bit heavier than a sheet...it's the exact weight of my duvet set. This will make a great bed cover. I am using it on my bed to protect the expensive quilt from my little doggie paws (all six) of them. I almost don't want to do that because of the beauty of this cover. It's just too beautiful. It is definitely not cheap looking. The colors are just as vibrant in person as they are in the picture. In person, they're actually more impressive. This "sheet" would make an excellent larger table cover... It fits generously over my queen bed. With summer, this is the perfect weight for a bed cover. I kind of chuckled to myself about using it as a wall cover when looking at the pictures. I'm not chuckling any more. This could seriously look great on a wall. I plan to order another right away (for my day bed), for the car, .... In fact, I really could use two more. Mine is beautiful.

This tapestry is absolutely breathtaking. The background is intended to be a deep blue color, and although some pictures may give it a brown hue due to the copper colored details, I can assure you it is dark blue in person. The light and bright blues are very vibrant, and the copper and orange/yellow tones are true to color. This tapestry looks exactly like the first picture, vibrant and stunning! I expect it to fade with time and exposure as would any vibrant cloth, though I do have my fingers crossed and hope it doesn't. But I think even then it'll look just as beautiful, only a bit more aged. As for the smell some people are bothered by, it's only a slight stench of packaging but it disappears almost immediately. I have not washed the tapestry and do not plan to do so anytime soon, but if I have to I'll just rinse it in cold water. The print has its imperfections here and there, but it lines up almost perfectly and if anything, it adds to its uniqueness. One side is duller than the other, which is obviously due to the fact that one side is meant to be the visual center, not the other. I can go on and on about this tapestry, it's perfect and I totally recommend it!

Very beautiful tapestry I'm using as a bed cover for my double size bed (fits perfectly for that)however the colors are much more muted/faded then the main cover photo used in the ad, the 2nd photo on the ad is more like what I got. It's mostly navy blue with some baby blue and pale pink .Very pretty !

I was so surprised and thrilled at how much I love this item. The color was right on as shown and looks even better in person. The material is very nice. I once bought a Celtic design tapestry for a table cloth and the fabric was kind of scratchy and more mesh-like to the feel of it. This feels nice and smooth. I am using it to cover a fold out rectangular card table as a work space. It looks awesome draped over the table and goes with my reddish oriental rug just fine. I am happy that it seems to fit into my eclectic room of various reds and earth colors. I am trying to figure out where I could hang another one on a a wall (though really not my thing) because they are so nice looking. There is something very healing about looking at colorful mandalas....I would also use this to cover a bed or as an accent.

CONS: VERY rough material, would never use as bedding, or even as a couch cover as pictured in another review. Definitely cannot wash it at all (not even by hand), dye will come off if you even dry rubbed your hands against it a few passes, and it smells awful. Edges are frayed, and looks like they were NOT dyed.PROS: Huge! Huge! And is as pictured, if not prettier. Mandala is beautiful and did I mention the thing is huge!OVERALL: You get what you pay for, and it met my expectations. I'm not quite sure how I'm going to get that smell out and even with my list of complaints I'm not unhappy with it.

Wonderful! Colors as aren't bright as the photos but it's still a beautiful tapestry. I used it as a bed sheet and it fits well on my queen sized bed. It's a much better quality than all past bed sheets I purchased which the material was a mixture of microfiber polyester which is very unnatural and lose quality fast. The cotton material for this tapestry is not thin and the quality is superb and I feel like it will last a really long time. I washed it before use and tumbled low & it still look the same.

Mine doesn't look exactly like the picture, but I still love it. The colors are a bit more muted than shown. I did not notice a bad smell as some others have complained about. I have ordered several different styles of these throws and a few have had a mild odor but it is just from the dye they use and nothing to get bent out of shape over. After a washing (wash alone and in COLD water the first time) you can't smell anything. Very pleased with it, looks great on my bed.

After comparing this tapestry to all of the others, this seller seemed to have the least amount of reviews mentioning different colors or any type of discoloration in general. I was unsatisfied when I received mine. The picture shows a vibrant, beautiful mix colors, which I was looking forward to, however the one I received only consists of four, more muted colors (burnt orange, dark teal, white, and dark navy blue). I was planning to hang this up on my wall but I'm hesitant to display this, and I'm thinking about returning it. (I understand that the display picture may not be EXACTLY what I receive in the mail, but this is plain disappointing)
