To start, I have tried a lot of sleep aid products... and I really do mean a LOT. My sleeping issues have been chromic for most of my adult life. Though tempted, I have stayed away from going down the prescription sleep aid route; habit forming along with added addiction issues. None have really worked, at least not for any length of time. Those that contain diphenhydramine have been the most effective, but only for short periods of time, then I need to break away for a while before I can effectively use them again. Lately there have been a lot of reports that long term use of diphenhydramine is linked to dementia, which is a major concern for me as I am definitely into my later years.Anyway, I came upon these and they really seem to help me fall asleep. I had my doubts after my long list of failures (they take up a substantial portion of my medication shelf), but I have really found these gummies to be effective. For anyone else who has gone down the rabbit hole of sleep remedies I can definitely recommend these gummies as something you should at least try. Others have sworn by other remedies and told me to try them, but for me they simply didn't work and maybe these wont work for everyone. But for someone who has seemingly tried them all... this one has really helped me.

This is the only melatonin supplement I've tried that doesn't leave me feeling groggy the next day. Within 20 minutes or so after taking I start getting tired and fall right asleep for 6-8 hours. I doubled up once but it wasn't even needed in the end. Will be buying more when I run out.

Take 2 of these, a retina-searingly neon pink Dollar Tree allergy pill, and .5 migs of Rx Clonopin, and this insomniac gets introduced to the wonderful afterlife-while-I’m -yet-still-alive of sumptuous, delectable unconsciousness. The Z-Ville Quils have other hippy ingredients besides melatonin, but saying their names makes me fear that my heterosexuality would be belied if I say them. Okay, “Camomille”. …Shudder…Please, I hope none of my friends see this review, cos they’d start calling me “Quentin”, as in “Quentin Crisp”. I’d never live this down. So, the melatonin along with the San Francisco rainbow herbal ingredients cause me to have hilarious, vivid dreams most times. Just a few hours ago, I was climbing a hill like the ones in west TX where I live, and who do I run into, but Pete Townsend. Him and I start talking about rock, while he keeps morphing back and forth from the 1975 Pete Townsend, to the 1967 Roger Daltrey (the period during which his hair looked like Maude) and back again. It was great. It didn’t occur to me to wonder wt* Pete Townsend was doing in remote rural west TX until after I awoke and took on “waking” logic. Taste wise, these are the best “candy” in the universe. I wish they made these same gummies but minus the meds, then I’d order these by the case and chow them all day long.I sleep deliciously, and I get to not just watch, but take part in cool, bizarre Dada flicks during my whole nap. I recommend.

Delicious and will put you to sleep within an hour

It has an odd flavor but it did help me sleep well. But I do have next day grogginess when I take it.
