Q: Where do I get the tubing for this extra small air fit P 10

The different size nose pillows all fit the same size carrier. This piece snaps in place, on a carrier and hose component. The sizes (XS to XL) refer to the size of the funnel-shaped pillows that fit into your nostrils. If you don't already have it you can get the carrier and hose component separately. It's available on Amazon, too. It pretty much fits up into my nostrils. I switched from a small to X-small a while back and the X-small works better for me.
