I didn't realize these only come with the top clip. I pried the old clips off and now they're mangled not knowing these are missing one clip. Come on! All the other brands come with both clips.

Really firm. Almost too firm. Sometimes hard to pull hatch lid down with one/two fingers.

exactly what i was looking for.

It holds my hood up great on my 87 Camaro. But it was missing the bottom mount clip. Thankfully I was able to use the clip off the strut I replaced. This strut was supposed to come with it so 3 starts instead of 5. It just wasn't worth returning since i could use the old part.

They should rename these to weak arms. I know that they were about sixteen dollars ea but i think that they should last more than a year!

Installed these on my '82 trans am with the metal side scoop hood.These are 100% Garbage only lasted about 4-5 years with minimal use. (Show car and garage kept) and nos it drops my hood down 3 inches !!Getting Stabilus struts

They fitted perfectly. Happy with them.

Moderately priced and works great. A few minutes to install both lift supports and my hood no longer sags. Will buy again if need be.
