Swanson Telomere Advantage 60 Veg Capsules

I have used this product for several years and have enjoyed it’s benefits. I have tried Other similar products out there that cost more but this one has given me good results

After using for a couple 9f days, I just got back in the gym and was surprised to know, I didn't need a recovery period. I'd like to think it'd attributed to this product. I'll be a repeat customer.

I took the whole bottle and have felt no difference. Maybe need to take longer. Then again, how can you tell if your telomeres are growing? I take so many supplements, probably will not buy again at this time.

I have noticed less gray hair, and a little more energy. I'll provide an update after taking more than one bottle.

It is not easy to tell how well or not that these caps do in a short period of time, and they meet my expectations of being totally vegetarian.

I have no idea what to expect with this product. It is supposed to lengthen your telomeres. How would I know if this is actually happening? I can only assume that it is working as it is intended to work.
