Brenthaven Edge Case for Surface Pro 4 - Grey

I wanted a case which would provide protection for my 2019 Surface Pro 6 and this provided everything I wanted. I would highly recommend this case. Only a few areas of opportunity for the case:1) If you have a glass screen protector, pushing the volume keys or lock button will cause the case to slide under the screen protector from the screen. However, if your careful, this can be avoided by knowing how much pressure to use.2) The lock and volume buttons are very tough to push. I wish the case had rubber buttons and not hard plastic.3) The kickstand receives great protection with the case. However, due to the bulk, the kickstand doesn't stay flush to the Surface. It will be a little loose, but it is something you forget about because of how minor the issue is.4) The pen holder is GREAT as it's a soft plastic which won't scratch or damage my pen. Just wish the soft plastic could have been rubber.

Case fits well but doesn't work with glass screen protector. It presses on the screen protector corners too hard and causes them to lift. The USB and DisplayPort cutouts are accessible but too deep. OK for a regular USB cable or normal size flash drive, but not OK for a USB keyboard/mouse receiver or short flash drive. The charging/dock connector is fully accessible and works fine with the larger Surface Dock connector.The size of the case is a little big -- the corners are quite large, but that probably also helps protect the device when dropped, so it's an OK trade off.The pen holder is the best I've seen on any case -- it's a great design.The biggest issue is that the power button and volume up/down buttons are impossibly hard to press. You have to use 2 fingers and press the power button as hard as you can to get it to register. It's obvious that they didn't test this much -- no one would think the force required to use the buttons is accessible.

This is a great cast for protection. My only complaint is the lip that holds the keyboard closed. I actually cut the lip off my case because it was causing my type cover to split at the edge where it rubbed on the case. Other than that, it protects the surface very well without limiting usage in any way.

This case also works perfect with the Surface Pro 6 and allows the Microsoft docking station and all other accessories I have tried to work without issue. The quality cannot be beat and it is the best balance between being sturdy enough to trust in the field but still refined enough for the office.

The case fits great! The material is also durable and it’s easy to install. The only issue I had was that the case kept lifting my screen protector up. Other than that, it’s a good case.

Great product and good value

Case is good quality, however the kickstand will not shut properly with the plastic attachment on. It makes the kickstand bulkier and cannot sit flat anymore. Sent this back for a refund.

Perfect protective case for surface pro 5. I wanted to give this 5 star. The only drawback is that this can't be used with a screen protector on. If you are using screen protector, then this will uproot the screen protector from edges, and then the screen protector gets detached from the complete screen. However, this happens with almost all the cases of this type.Apart from this, its a perfect case. Plus points are that its light weight, surface pen can be attached on side and doesn't get lost, very beautiful finish, the kick stand has its own protective case. I would love to see this in some more colours. The case is much better than other sturdy cases in the market. Highly recommended.
