Unless you are already a professional woodworker who has learned all of the specialized terms for woodworking, you will be unable to follow along the written text to understand what is being described. I gave up trying to read the text as it made no sense at all. At the end of each section, a single blow up diagram of the completed item is given. One has to figure out the details of what is being described from this one drawing. The editors simply did not spend the time to create an educational document, unlike the wood workers who built these projects. I did learn a few new words though: like caul and casing.....

This is a well-written and easy-to-understand book with detailed directions on how to create built-ins, cabinets, and shelves. Many concepts are explained in enough detail to assist even a beginner. I recommend this book. Please mark if you find my review helpful. Thank you so much!
