Great product, rashes clear quickly!
This diaper cream works really well! I'll use the cream sporadically with little rashes but just recently my daughter had a reaction on her skin that caused a big rash. Along with extra baths and diaper changes to keep the area dry, the cream helped clear up her rash in a day and a half!! I feel good as a parent knowing im using a trustworthy product that is safe and works quickly. The tube is a perfect size and I love that the lid flips open (no run-away lids!!). I have to admit that I got into poison ivy a couple weeks ago and didnt have a typical itch cream on hand. I was curious if the diaper cream would bring relief so i tested it on one out of the many rashes I got. Sure enough the one spot I put the diaper cream on was less irritated that the other areas. A little embarrasing but i feel like it helps prove this products worth! I bought 2 so I can have one in the house and one in the diaperbag.

Buena
La calidad es buena pero es muy concentrada y eso la hace más espesa y difícil de esparcir en el área del pañal.

Great
This has saved me when my arms or thighs chaff. It’s thick and stays on well! No smell and last a long time. Non toxic too!

protect facial skin moisture barrier
Sorry I can't add any information as to how it works on a baby's butt. I do however occasionally use it on my face. I have red, sensitive, dry skin that is currently being addressed to help add back hydration. I bought this to protect my facial skin moisture barrier. I didn't want a typical product that relies on petrolatum/mineral oil. I also didn't want to spend a lot as I would not need much of it nor would I need it every day. Many people recommend diaper rash cream for it's benefit from zinc, and ability to seal in moisture on damp face (or out, as would be needed for a diaper rash cream on a baby's butt)however the rest of the ingredients are not favorable to me, especially not my face. Yet I looked into more naturally based diaper rash creams to see what I could find. I went with the Honest company due to its nourishing ingredients as well as its availability in local stores (but I still ordered from Amazon). I think it was about the same price here. Upon use, it is evident that it is moisturizing. It goes on smooth and spreads easily, not thick and not too thin; there is no drag against skin. There is a scent, not sure what it stems from as I can't quite identify it. From what I can tell from the label, it isn't an artificial/synthetic fragrance, but it is a scent, so keep that in mind when making a selection if you or your baby are sensitive to that sort of thing. If you are using this on face, be sure to moisturize and/or apply on damp face as the intention is to keep moisture in. If you are using it on a baby's bottom, be sure the butt it totally dry before application or you will only exacerbate the problem. Diaper rash creams act as a barrier, so while I want to keep the moisture in for my use, you will want to keep the moisture out with use. Besides my face, I also use it on my hands.
