No frills, does exactly what what I need it to, however a bit expensive and the software is not the best to use.

Worked, but no mention it's second-hand!
It arrived complete and with instructions. The product works as expected. It's the bit you need to be able to link Ikea lighting products, including panel lights, bulbs and remotes to Amazon's Alexa. Now I have voice activated Ikea lighting! No mention in the listing that the one I would receive would be second-hand. It came still programmed with the last owner's lighting! Two stars dropped for that.

would not bother, Horrendous to set up: Atrocicous Ikea Tradfri APP
would not bother, painful to set up; most other devices no longer need a separate hub anyway these days. the Ikea TRADFRI APP is horrendous to set up devices, so I'd avoid the whole Ikea range. The whole Tradfri range is also manufactured in China and has a very cheap (almost unsafe) feel to it all. Shame, great concept VERY badly executed.
