Great product!
Bought this one 5 years ago, still works great! Easy to recharge and sync with my phone. Stylish too! It stays charged for a few days with regular wear!

Average until It Wasn’t (Less Than 4 Months)
I received my watch March 3rd of 2021. Received it in one day after ordering. I got it for two reason: 1. Heart rate monitoring for exercise and 2. Receiving notification for calls/texts when away from my phone.I use a chest HR monitor when I workout and unfortunately this watch was way off which was a bummer because I wanted to just peak my watch instead of having to grab my phone during my workouts. Sucked but for the price I wasn’t too upset. As for call/text alerts it was solid. I loved being able to read a text with out grabbing my phone or realizing someone was calling when I didn’t have my phone directly on me.However, here I am July 2nd, not even 4 months later and it all of a sudden just stoped working. The touch button doesn’t work and it won’t connect to my phone. I take good care of my belongings as I was raised too, only charged it in a computer USB outlet as it asked and monitored it to make sure it didn’t over charge and sadly it just goes out like this. And because of that, I cannot recommend this watch.

Long lasting, great option for the price
Got this for my daughter for Christmas in 2021. Now, 18 months later, it still holds a charge for almost a full week. It works great and she loves it.We’re buying the exact same thing as a replacement now 18 mos later because the band broke. Daughter suspects it’s partly because she likes to wear it so tight. I thought that the fact that she (now 16) was not begging me to upgrade to something with more bells and whistles ($$$) was worth sharing with anyone considering it!

Cheaper than a $9000 hospital visit.
The shape doesn't bother my wrist like a regular watch did, I don't normally wear a watch, now 24/7 after a mini stroke. App on Android Nexus4 disconnects when certain background apps run like keepalive and Discovery which I stop manually to save battery power anyway. Pulse accurate, BP very close to a cuff reading, amazing! It knows when you are sleeping, it knows when you're awake! Bought a spare! First one connected to my old phone which died had to use a new watch with my new phone since they pair only to one phone unless reset loosing in my case 3 months of data. Created a f b group for help since questions here are not exactly interactive. Recommended the V100s to 5 people so far, the WoFIT app works great on my new phone.

For me, it's a love/hate relationship
Update: The watch started losing connectivity during normal use not just after a battery charge. Each lose required a restart. I finally got tired and returned it to Amazon. I was going to do an exchange, but decided to look at other trackers. It will probably take me a few days to pick one out.I did not register the tracker. I figured if all I wanted was pulse, I didn’t need to. While using the device, I found a couple of neat features in the phone app, especially the sleep analyzer. There are even more neat features available if you register device. I did not give the tracker permission to read my contacts, access my photos, read my text messages or anything else. Why does it need that? I could not help but wonder if this in any way affected my connectivity problem. It should not, but you never know. When it was connected, it was great and I loved it, but I spent too much time trying to get it connected.***Original Review****I needed to monitor my pulse so I started looking for a Fingertip Pulse Oximeter. I read a lot of reviews. The cheap ones did not have good reviews and the more costly ones did but I did not want to spend that much money. I remembered my wife’s fitness tracker also monitored her pulse, so I decided to look at them. Again read a lot of reviews. The 2021 Version Fitness Tracker seemed to be OK and fit my needs so I ordered one. When it arrived the first thing I did was charge it. After charging, I set it up which was quick and easy since all I was interested in was pulse. I installed the app on my phone. It does have a lot of neat features. I checked the pulse with my Blood Pressure Monitor, which I had calibrated with the one in the doctor’s office. The tracker and my BP monitor were spot on so I was a happy camper.I charged it again when the battery ran down. Once I fired it up, it did not have any connectivity with my cell phone. I tried everything I could think of and still could not get it to sync up. The manual was no help. It told me to reset the tracker. That was well and good, but it did not tell me how to reset it. I decided to go to the website for the V100S figuring there would be information there. Guess what? There is no website. But there was an email address for customer service, so I asked them how to reset the device. In the meantime I found what I needed in a YouTube video. To customer service’s credit, they had an answer to me the next day.The problem with resetting the tracker is you lose all your data and there appears to be no way to download it to your phone because the phone app wipes clean too. So I do the reset and start over. I get up and running and take my pulse. It is 110. What the ...? I take it with my BP machine and it is 55. I do this several times over the next hour and the tracker is exactly double my BP machine. I don’t know what is going on but it is time for another reset. This time after restarting, it is giving correct readings.Time for another battery charge. After charging there is no “connectivity.” Time for a reset. Lose all your data again. Tracker is set up again. Everything seems normal. Next battery charge, the same routine. I like having the historical data, so this is definitely not cool.I like the watch, the sleep tracking feature and the pulse monitor. I just don’t like having to reset it every time the battery needs to be charged. That’s why I only give it three stars.

I liked the watch good features.
But I lost part of it during charging. How? I don’t know. (I was painting the living room) There is a black hole of lost stuff in my house. I liked the features. And the ease of setting the parameters I had to fuss with it to get it compatible with the app. And I didn’t care for the way it stuck to my skin. So, having lost it, I bought another (different one.) prettier. And more girlie. With a mesh band.

Too many issues. Decided ro return item.
I ended up returning this product because I had too many issues. Initially it seemed fine. 1. Suddenly the temperature icon disappeared and I couldn't get it to come back even after I set it to factory reset. 2. I know the blood pressure reading is not meant to replace medical equipment, but it is significantly inaccurate. 3. Although the watch shows as being "paired" to the app, the information from the watch won't upload to the app. 4. The sleep measurements started to be inaccurate as well. For the past two nights it read that I slept 4 hours which I know I didn't. 5. I emailed customer service and never heard back. That was the final straw and I decided to return it.The only positive things I'll say about it is that battery life is great. The look amd feel of the watch is good. The instructions on how to use were OK. You can also read the instructions online through the app, which is a plus. I wish it had an illustration of where exactly you should place the watch to get the most accurate reading.
