These little pads are perfect for protecting my tile. We have used these for a few different purposes. Under the feet of the Bowflex Max Trainer. Keeps the tile from any damage and potential shifting of the unit. We have also used these under the feet of the adjustable base for a mattress to keep the unit from sliding. I would recommend these

Got this for my massage chair and it significantly reduced vibrations. On heavy massage setting you can still kinda feel it, but just small vibrations, the plant stand next to the chair will shake a bit, probably wouldnt notice unless you stared. But without the pads, even on low massage setting you can really feel the vibrations. And the plant stand next to my chair will shake a lot.Very nice building quality, perfect size for most massage chair, we have the real relax zero gravity one. Definitely recommend.

Last year I got a walking treadmill and, because I'm on the second floor, I got a half half inch foam mat to put under it to muffle any sound I would be making on it. What I didn't take into consideration is that the weight of the treadmill would make it just sink into the mat. I got these with the hope to lift the feet up and keep them from sinking. And these work amazing for that! I don't even notice these being pushed into the mat at all from the weight. And when they say these squares are high density, they're not lying. You can immediately feel the weight of them just from the package. I'm very happy with purchase.

After debating a lot we ended up buying these instead of a whole mat, best decision ever specially if you don't have a lot of space. Rightly priced, look great, fit perfectly

I have a rubber mat under my treadmill to protect the wood floor. However, I have had issues with the treadmill making a loud knocking noise when the treadmill inclines or declines. After researching this, I found that the noise can be corrected by placing some type of rubber or foam padding under the back legs. I used these foam pads for the back legs, and I'm happy to report that it almost completely corrected the problem! There is still a light noise when the treadmill goes to a maximum incline, however 90% of the noise is gone. These are good quality and supportive foam, and the perfect size for what I need.

Moves a bit too easily prior to additional weight applied

I put a storage bin rack in a carpeted bedroom and was worried the sharp edges would start cutting into the carpet over time. Found these and figured they’d be worth trying.They ended up being exactly what I needed. Easy to use and they do a great job protecting the carpet from the rack.Simple solution, but very effective. Glad I found them.
