Amazing finish
Image was etched perfectly and looks great. Genuine zippo packaging but the lid and clasp seem thin in comparison to other genuine Zippo’s I’ve had. Could just be how they’re made now to save costs but I can’t flip open or flip close the lid like I did with my last one. Still a fine lighter and worth the money. Bought this for the affordable customisation and it did that perfectly.

Overall not good quality, poor
I am not happy with the outcome, the writing is too small and the photo is of poor quality. I can not gift this to my Brother for his 65th, the photo is very precious as we have lost both our Mom and Dad. The item was not cheap but the outcome looks it.
